Chemovator is the business incubator of BASF. We provide a protected space to build commercial ventures from unconventional ideas. Our Venture Teams take full ownership of their idea, creatively explore their business, learn fast and pivot beyond corporate boundaries.

Our Venture Team BOXLAB Services has developed a tailor-made and sustainable service solution for packaging and labels to improve supply chain processes in the chemical industry by reducing waste, costs and complexity with a faster and easier way of replacing damaged boxes and securing sales volume. We now want to take BOXLAB to the next level. We are looking for a strong co-founder with profound technical expertise to drive the commercial side of the business and create a world leader in the packaging industry. Are you the right one to make the packaging world more customer-focused?

Your role

  • You understand the business’ core activities and develop them further
  • You are responsible for sales, you actively develop and execute the sales strategy and you drive the revenue development of BOXLAB
  • You find new packaging and label innovations to improve and you create concepts for each need of our end users
  • You work on new methods to optimize our business
  • You support to prepare the spin-out and our business build-up together with the entire BOXLAB team

You offer

  • You are a specialist in packaging and labels and experienced in sales
  • You have a deep understanding of processes in the fields of packaging and labeling
  • You are highly self-driven, pro-active and take ownership for your projects
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office and you are open for new IT technologies
  • You are a team player, interested in collaboration and interdisciplinary work and you communicate effectively in German and English
